    can someone please let me know how I use the "Copy Link" that shows on the File Library page.

      When you click that, it writes the link to your clipboard so you can paste it elsewhere.

        Then one does not have to go to the local Senior Center, signup for the Windows 101 course and learn how to highlight their browser's address box and simultaneously press their Ctrl key and C key to copy the address to their clipboard. 😀

          Not quite, Charles. It's a direct link to the catalog entry for that file.

          You can copy the address bar, but if you got there from one of the various search pages, the address is useless because searches are form based.
