File Library Search Results Numbering and Misfiling Files in Wrong Sections?

File Library search results seem to be limited to 25 results per page. For a large number of search results, requires selecting the next 25 records (or whatever number of search results remaining below 25) button at the bottom of the page. That is not really a major issue. The issue is that the results numbering at the top of the search results page always displays Files 1 to 25 Shown regardless of how many pages have been turned over and viewed.

For the second screenshot, this was taken from the second page of another search result. And yet the text Files 1 to 25 Shown is still being displayed.

Surely, if viewing the results for the second page, for example, the text should read something like Files 26 to 50 Shown. And for the third page of results, the text should read Files 51 to 75 Shown. And so on.

It is a bit confusing to have the same text Files 1 to 25 Shown all the time at the top of the search results page regardless of which page of results you are viewing (after the first page of results).

Second issue is that it appears that many files within the File Library have been filed within the wrong section. For example, I have seen activities for certain routes filed within the route section, but have not been filed within the activities section which is more appropriate (as was done over previous years). This is just one example of many misfiled files!

With close to 90000 files, collected over 24 years, they're going to be a few that wind up miscategorized. Use the Report function if it's wildly wrong.

I will take a look at the page numbering. The number of results per page is something you can control from the user settings. 25 results is the default, but you can have more or less if desired.

Unfortunately, it appears that another fix may be needed.

As a test, I searched under All Files, the text Rollins. A total of 48 search results were returned. The text reading at the top of the search result page was Files 1 to 48 Shown ( Total of 48 files found in results). The problem is that the number of search results shown on the first page is actually 25 and not 48. So the search result text should have read Files 1 to 25 Shown ( Total of 48 files found in results).

The second search result page displays the correct number of results as Files 26 to 48 Shown ( Total of 48 files found in results) however.
