    RE: Latino Heat dead

    >As for the Steal Chair shot to
    >his Head that coulda killed him or his body just shut down due
    >to the "Drugs" he had been doing for so many years.

If that killed him then Hogan or Flair would be dead 40 or 50 times over by now :P And I think he had stopped with the drugs a while back ( I think they drug test you when you start with Wrestling to avoid Steroid use )

          RE: Latino Heat dead

Apparently Superstar Billy Gramm for some strange reason thought that the chair shot may have been severe enough to cause a brain amberism (sp?). I think he was on Meltzer's program Sunday night as a guest, in talkind about this with Dave.

I haven't been on train-sim in the last few days because I've been so involved in reading and watching everything I could on Eddie's passing.

The other speculation was that he was going to win the title from the injured Batista on Sunday. When he was WWE champion he put a lot of pressure on himself, and this could be related if he indeed felt anxious and relapsed. This is highly speculative as there is no signs or evidence that this was the case, and asside from Eddie being in working pain (most wrestlers are), everything else seemed normal.

I take it we should know later this week much more on what caused the death.

As for steroids testing was used back when Vince was on trial for providing steroids. However the feds long ago backed off on Vince. It's still widely accepted and estimates are 80% of the guys are on the juice. Eddie most certainly was fairly recently if not currently. Tell tail signs are visible muscle, but more importantly severe acne on the back. Steroids often are a long term not short term issue with other health problems, but some wrestlers with other issues drugs, and pain killers have been known to go to far. It's something that should be perscribed and monitored by a doctor with accurate blood and urine monitoring, but of course because it's illegal is often done without any of the above preventive measures.

          Thanks

              Taken from WWE.com ( http://www.wwe.com/inside/news/causeofdeath )

"After the untimely passing of Eddie Guerrero, WWE and the entire sports-entertainment community is still reeling from the devastating loss of a champion. The initial autopsy reports on Guerrero have come in. WWE.com spoke with Eddie’s widow, Vickie Guerrero, earlier today.

“It was heart failure. It was from his past – the drinking and the drug abuse. They found signs of heart disease. She (the examiner) said that the blood vessels were very worn and narrow, and that just showed all the abuse from the scheduling of work and his past. And Eddie just worked out like crazy all the time. It made his heart grow bigger and work harder and the vessels were getting smaller, and that’s what caused the heart failure. He went into a deep sleep.

As soon as they saw his heart, they saw the lining of his heart already had the heart disease. There was no trauma, and Eddie hadn’t hurt himself in any way. It answered a lot of questions. I knew Eddie wasn’t feeling very good for the last week. He was home and kept saying he wasn’t feeling good and we thought it was just “road tired.” So we thought he just had to rest. It answered a lot of my questions, too, because he was just so exhausted. She said it was normal because the heart was working so hard.

When he didn’t call me last night and the night before I knew it was for real, because he would call me every night. I miss his phone calls. I cried through the whole thing (last night).

I loved his laugh. His laugh was the best.

We just celebrated his four-year sobriety last Thursday. We just thought we had life by the handful. We thought we had it all figured out. He worked so hard to make a better life for us.

I’m just overwhelmed by how people are coming out. It’s touched my heart a lot.

Everybody was just in awe last night in how beautifully everything was put together.

All my life was wrestling. All he did was take care of them and live for that. And I don’t know what to do now.”

                  RE: Latino Heat dead

For Ken Kennedy's sake I'm glad Billy Gramm was wrong.

As "The Franchise" Shane Douglas said this weekend on Live Audio Wrestling, too many people have dies in wrestling and the WWE needs to do something about it. House shows do not make the money nearly what they used to. No storylines are being extended, no titles change, and all in front of 3000 people if your lucky.

Have your RAW on Monday, Smackdown taping on Tuesday, then let the boys go home for at least 3 days. On the weekend they can do houseshows in major markets if need be (bringing a camera and advancing a story line wouldn't hurt). Then on Sunday either have another one, or of course have your PPV.

3 days to heal up would do a world of good for these guys, hell why not 4. Nobody cares about the house shows anyways, all they spend their money on is the PPV's and the TV shows.

                  Thanks

                      RE: Latino Heat dead

well its been a week since Eddie was found dead so what do you think of Eddie's tribute show.I thought it was great reliving the memories of Eddie and the matches were great the best two were HBK vs Rey and Chavo and JBL.Chavo did everything Eddie it was like he was Eddie not Chavo like with the 3 amigos, frog splash, and the cheating but eddie was eddie and there will not be another Eddie he was one of a kind.Batista showed the most emotions along with the juice of the Mexicools then HHH and Chris Benoit showed emotion too I am Surprised HHH didn't attack Chris knowing him.Overall I thought the shows was great.

also I was just thinking Eddie could have been Champ if he didn't die if he was that would be great as long as Randy wasn't

In other news Christan is now on TNA he is now Christan Cage

I have gained a new respect for John Cena after seeing what he did at the end of Eddies tribute show.

You gotta remember. John Cena was probably told to do that at the end of Raw, Because think about it. WWE and Vince would get pissed if Cena did that on his own and left the title in the ring and take the risk of a fan trying to come into the ring and taking it.

It was just Like Batista on Smackdown when he put his title on Eddies car. WWE and arena sucurity was probably watching that are like a hawk.

I have a little insight to the WWE, Because I know a few wrestlers. The one that I know the most is Chris Benoit.

I would belive John Cena did that on his own for Eddie. Then remember Batista put that on Eddie's low rider I am sure that nobody would have thought of taken that since it was on his low rider and if any superstar got it then whole bunch of superstars would have gone after him and its disrespect for Eddie since and thats why Batista put it on there which everyone had except for Mr.Kennady(my 2 cents).

Note: RKO has replaced Eddie on team smackdown
