They look really good. I have been hoping for a good set of PFE reefers. Those covered hoppers are also something I have been wanting. I use to see them all the time as a kid. I hope Scott has plans for some autoracks- the "open style" kind, or the kind where they just had metal shields on the side before they started to seal them up to prevent thefts and vandalism.

He does have freeware version of those autoracks you mention, however a nice up-to-date payware version of them would be great. I know the Boston & Maine use to have a bunch of them back in the day.

Oh yeah, that was a song. Lol...west coast. I'm east coast! My reference was to the 1985 movie though...

                Like these?

These were released as a part of one of Scott's activity packs for the West Colton Route.

While browsing to check my memory, I also discovered two new activities for West Colton: one, using an MP15 pulling a cut of loaded cement hoppers, and the other featuring a trio of B30-7s hauling a perishable block.

                    Scott produces another hit

Tell you what, Scott's models just get better and better. While I haven't had time to check out all of the stuff in this new pack, the B30-7's are just wonderful. I will lead off with the ONLY criticism I have--the night cab is just a little too bright. Maybe Scott can fix that with a repair. Other than that, those B30's are just gems. Great detail all the way around. I other thing that they have is about the best sounds that have come out of DieselsWest. Some of the Scott's earlier stuff I will alias MC or MLW's freeware sound packs, but the B30's sound great just as they are. Great job, Scott! Someone may question the scale of the B30-7, as it looks a little "squatter" compared with most other locomotives, but--from firsthand knowledge seeing the real thing--that is actually prototypical. Scott got the scale correct.

My only wish would be for some of Scott's Special Additions of these units--modernized with ditchlights, etc. and weathered like hell, so they would replicate their latter-day look.

Did anyone else get a .5025eng.sms error? Also, I have re-lettered and numbered several of those autoracks for my own use......NICE work!!!
