1.4 Patch Help

Hi,
I have just upgraded to a Win7 machine and have successfully installed Trainsim following published instructions. It is running well. I have a copy of the 1.4 exe which I have used to try to install the update. On running the file an error occurs which tells me that the file TSmvhlp.dll is missing. The file is indeed there in the folderof the installed trainsim.
Can anyone assist me in finding a solution to this problem?

When you ran the v1.4 update, did you "Run as..." Administrator?

Thanks for the suggestion. After some thought I downloaded a new series of patches and I think these combined will do the trick. Time will tell.
