A strange message.

After choosing a route to run, I get this message, "Failed to load material palette," and then MSTS crashes. What can I do to fix this. My computer has 4 GB memory; AMD II x4 955 Processor @ 3.20 GHz; NVIDIA GeForce GTS 250, OS-Windows 7 -64-bit "Home Edition."
