    I simply keep a copy with a copy of the package and activation number on a backup drive. However they still should be able to chase it through your CC details and email I would have thought regardless of the date.
    Same here -- I print the email to a PDF and keep it on a thumb drive with the installer so I never lose the keys.

          swreg....smart phone autocorrect......

          If you go to swreg, and follow the procedures, you will find your key codes and a purchase history. Seeing as how they handle sales of sli product and not sli.

          Another thing to consider, is in your email accounts, start a separate folder called MSTS. Whenever you make a MSTS purchase, just move that email with the keycodes to that folder, so that they are always retained. I also, keep a word document listing each purchase along with a copy of the keycode. I also keep a hard copy print out of that word doc. too much work? How much stress and worry did you go thru hoping against hope that your items and keycodes could be repeated back to you? Just like when you run msts, or it's editors....back up,,,back up, back up.....

            If it's not too much trouble, could you please give us an exact link to the webpage where we can find our key codes and purchase history. There isn't anything helpful at swreg.com. In their email about my purchase they have a link to cardquery.com, but there isn't anything useful there either. Where, exactly, do you find a list of key codes and purchase history? Thanks for your help.

              Go to cardquery.com;
              Look under "Fulfillment";
              Click on "I Lost My Keycode or Download file", third link down. Actually, clicking on any link gets you the next page.
              You'll need to know order number or credit card details and transaction date.

                Thanks for the reply. When I go that page and enter my email and order no. it sends me to SLI's website. And they sure don't have a record of my past orders. When I use the bottom part of that page and enter my credit card details, etc. it always tells me that it can't find an order even when I use the order date from the email that they sent me. Nothing but dead ends there. I'm just asking for cbff33 to show us the link to the page that has "key codes and a purchase history". I don't seem to be able to locate it.

                  Clackamas pointed you to the right place, but you have to use the exact credit card number you used on initial purchase and the date. Hopefully you save your emails or print your order confirmations as directed? If not you will need to contact swreg personally. But if you use this link, it's all right there....https://www.cardquery.com/app/suppor...de_or_download

                      I would think that with all the reminders about back-ups folks would take the time to write down the links and keys and store them away from the computer. I type mine into Word, the print a copy and store the whole thing on a flash drive. The printed copy or copies go into a notebook. A little extra work perhaps but sure saves a lot of frustration!

                        (Oh yes, someone is not going to be happy.)

                        I submitted a ticket on 09-23-2012, and I PMed Marshall the day after. He told me that someone named Jay was sent to work on it. Two weeks later, nothing.

                        Can someone please give me a idea of when it will be fixed?

                          Parker, can you send me a private message outlining your problem and I'll try to resolve it for you? I didn't see your ticket in the list, so by sending me a message on this forum, I can address it directly without searching through to find your ticket.

                          Thanks,
                          Jason@SLI
