Extended supplementary package for the V 100 from GR available

Turn 5 into 10

The supplement package for the exchange package of the V 100 of GR published on 24.11.2018 has now been extended by me. From the original five locomotives now became ten. In addition, the already published models have a few errors in the label fixed. The Dürr-Kekse and the side operating numbers have been corrected for their size and on the front structure note labels were added.

The new ones

Weekly report calendar week 17

It goes on

Actually, I wanted to publish the weekly report on Monday, but on Monday as well as on Tuesday unforeseen things came in between, which is why I can only get in touch now. But that fits somehow better from the date.

Activity construction

As I said, several task packages for summer are under construction. In addition, I have done extensive preparations for further task packages. Specifically, these are the following packages.

PT 6 at the time of the DBAG: Summer in East-Holstein (SIOH)
PT 11: Summer in Schleswig-Holstein (SISH)
PT 13: Summer at the North Sea (SADN)
PT 21: Summer on the Baltic Sea (SADO)
PT 15: Summer in Upper Franconia (SIFO)
PT 31: Summer in the upper Lahn Valley (SIOL)

These summer packages refer to the holiday season and therefore have their focus on passenger and local transport. But of course there is also freight.

Preparations

The following packages have been started, but have no name and no fixed season.

PT 8: Six activities

PT 14: Three activities per two packages
PT 17: Four activities
PT 24: Six activities
PT 25. Six activities
PT 26: Four activities

Focus

During my preparatory work, I noticed that there are train connections, the course of which extends over several PT routes As an example may be mentioned here the IC 502/503 "Mark Brandenburg", the 1994 from Berlin Zoologischer Garten on Hanover and Dortmund and further from Karlsruhe drove to Basel. This means that you can travel with a train over three entire routes and is doing a total of slightly more than six hours on the way. Therefore, I have also decided to consider trains that span several PT routes.

Another point that struck me is the previously neglected topic InterRegio. This is surprising, because there are numerous InterRegio connections on many PT routes. So I'm going to show these interregio connections. And also on the InterRegio trains are cross-train connections.

More trouble with Facebook

As I already said in the forum, there is the problem since May 1, that my notes in the page history are no longer displayed. Although it is easily possible to look at the weekly report of the 17th week of the calendar in the notes area, but it would be better, of course, if you could look at this, as usual, in the page chronicle. I have already sent a message to the Facebook customer service, but it is doubtful that he will contact me or even solve the problem. So I can only hope that the problem will solve itself.

The activity building

Regardless of the annoyances with Facebook, task construction is progressing systematically. Again, there are a few interesting things to report. As already announced in the last weekly report, I have started some tasks, which extend over several stretches of PT. I called the IC 502/503, which runs from Berlin to Hannover (PT 8), from Hannover to Dortmund (PT 20) and from Karlsruhe to Basel (PT 12). There are other train connections that run over several PT routes. The IC 734/735 on PT 11 and PT 10 or various long-distance trains that run from Stuttgart via Munich to Salzburg, ie via PT 3 and PT 17. I have taken these train connections into account and begun to present them.

For certain routes, it is possible to build task packages consisting only of passenger train or freight train tasks only. Therefore, there will be task packages dealing only with passenger or freight traffic. The preparation of task packages that deal only with passenger traffic, fits well with the topic of vacation time. In addition, unfortunately, there are PT routes that allow hardly any freight.

And something else is added. All packages currently under construction are known to be the start of DBAG. No sooner was this set up than started the profit-oriented neglect of equipment and rolling stock. As a result, a large number of "surprises" resulted as a result. Signal disturbances, disturbed switches, train cancellations, delays, slow-moving traffic, etc. made for a varied railway operation. You can be sure that I will make ample use of this.

It goes on!

As you've seen in the last few days, the results of my work are now visible too. The screenshots in the forum show you what to expect. So I will continue now, with the tasks of the order are processed accordingly.

First PT 11

First, the package for PT 11 is completed. Then it continues with PT 13 and PT 21. Then come the two packages for PT 6 at the time of DBAG. As you can easily see, this is only about routes in Schleswig-Holstein. These will be available individually or as a package.

This will appear at Strato and then, as previously announced, be reachable at fahrt-frei.fr.

Correction for the supplementary package of the V 60

Recognized in time

During the construction of the tasks for PT 11 I noticed a texture error on the locomotives of the series 360 in orient red / white, which was just corrected by me. I included the corrected textures in the supplementary package for V 60. Also, for those of you who have already downloaded and installed the package, the corrected files are in a separate package. News from GR

Since I still have contact with GR employees, I would like to send you a few indiscretions after you have not been told by the official side.

- Some of the original employees are no longer with us. Hiking site has since retired.

- The Höllentalbahn is now finished and tasks were already built for the route. Also presentation videos were produced. However, Karsten Pohl has not yet released it for publication.

- The previous rolling stock has now been largely revised. The driving behavior is said to have reached a very high degree of reality.

- Due to lack of time, the replacement of old models such as the Rs flatcar is slow.

- The remaining employees have little hope that GR has a future.

- Karsten Pohl has not reported to employees for nine months.

Well, that is the state of affairs now and that is the reason for me to work even more for the MSTS or OR, so that there is at least one provider you can count on.

The correction of the supplementary package of the V 60

Next Steps

While work on the package for PT 11 is progressing well, preparations have already been made for the next package. The next package will be the first of the two PT 6 packages for the time of the DBAG.

Censorship!

August does not seem to like me. In August 2018, the file host FileFactory I used was contaminated with malicious software and malicious advertisements, which meant I had to move my rolling stock packages to Google Drive. This year, August is less than twelve hours old when I receive a message from Facebook that my user account has been suspended for a week, which is a hate speech violation.

For over three years, I comment on the posts of GMX News and take no mince words. Over the years, I've been banned three times for three days for violating community standards for commenting. This time I was locked for a week and also for all functions. Thus I could not publish anything on my side of drive free or the ride free forum. I could not even use the private chat of my profile.

I immediately turned to lawyer Joachim Nikolaus Steinhöfel, who specializes in such cases, so that he can take legal action against the ban.

Precautions

In order to counter the Facebook censorship block in the future, I will use my reserve profile and make it clear to the administrator to continue driving in the event of a renewed suspension of my main profile.

The work on the activity packages

Regardless of the Facebook censorship, work continues on the packages. Due to the lock, I was not able to post screenshots, but they will be submitted later.

A few basic information about the task packages

As you know, I've been focusing on the first years of DBAG on PT's DBAG routes. That was one of the reasons why I made and published so many repaints for this period. The other, original reason was that I wanted to avoid the traffic-red monotony. That's why I took as a basis the roadmap summer 1994 - summer 1995.

This resulted in a few problems that I solved with compromises. As an example I would like to call PT 11. The electrical operation on the route Neumünster - Kiel began in September 1995 and the electric operation of Neumünster to Flensburg until March 1996. Therefore, the aforementioned timetable would not fit in time. Taking into account the electrical operation, it would be necessary to take the timetable from the summer of 1996. However, this would not fit PT 11, because in 1996 the long-distance trains from Hamburg Hbf drove directly to Neumünster and stopped in Hamburg-Altona. However you turn it, it does not fit.

Therefore, I made the compromise to take the Summer 1994 - Summer 1995 timetable as the basis for the task package and to have the long-haul trains carry e-traction.

Next plans

Once the work on the four or five activity packages for northern Germany has been completed, four packages will continue on the routes PT 8, PT 20 and PT 10, ie the routes that form an almost continuous connection between Berlin and Aachen. For PT 8 and PT 10 there will be one package each and for PT 20 two packages.

Daily again from morning

After several weeks of confusion have come to an end, there will be daily reports from the morning on my work. While it's far from easy to face surgery, that does not change the fact that you have to be kept up to date on my work.

It is progressing again

Finally everything is so clear that I can continue working daily. Here is a picture (see below) of the activity for the winter package for PT 25, the E 3902 from Gießen Hbf to Koblenz Hbf.

On the 1st of November my webshop opens

After acquiring the well-known domain fahrt-frei.fr on October 1st, I will open my webshop punctually on the 1st of November. I know, nothing is offered there yet, but that will come. In addition, I have to familiarize myself with the software of the webshop.

Activity package split for PT 25

As the PT 25 line allows a variety of freight train activities, there will be two winter packages.

Rail buses are also used

Further progress with PT 31

Piece by piece, work on the activity package for PT 31 is progressing. Soon the passenger train activities will be finished and the work on the freight train activities will begin.
