American Classics shows up on eBay from time to time. I do wish someone from Train Artisan were still around to release it to us to host, though.
If you like what you see here at Trainsim.com, be it the discussions and knowledge in the forums, items saved in our library or the ongoing development of our TSRE Fork, I hope you'll consider a paid membership to help support keeping the site operating.... Thanks!

eric Anyways, what happened to TA like other MSTS content creators? NALW and 3D Train Stuff sites are still up and running. I also wish I can get some of 3DTS's stuff but they are payware

Conn is still on this side of the ballast as of this week, fortunately. We'd need to find Cyrus Lum for permission, though.

What's bad about this is that TA makes really high quality models of locomotives. However, these are lost media ever since the site has gone on sale.

Dunno if “high quality” is still the case. Sure I always admired the texturing, but model wise just go to BLW or TS if you want better versions of those locomotives. There’s some good steam locomotives in the library that can replace the mountains.

There is a Southern PS-4 that TA made and one that John Fowlis made. John Fowlis's pacific textures are only matte because he reskinned his pacific model. However, TA made a completely new model with glossy textures.

Its beautiful and was way ahead of its time, but turns out that TA has some weird membership program called Club TA. If you join this membership program, you can download this beauty
