    Edited the TrainBody.ace texture so that the railcar is identified as M290 (not M2900).

      This is truly fantastic! The texture files will be changed since I do have a better version and getting rid of the tinted windows. I can't tell you how much I appreciate all the work in the last few days. The only issue is that with the changes that each of you made it will be hard to put this all back in. I'd like to fix the issues identified by the utility from Sliperman. Then I would like to post the changed train on my site. After that, is there a way to cordinate with you all that made changes to add them in together?

        Interested to see your alternative textures. In the version I'm running I have changed the door graphics to more closely emulate the railcar in its restored state.

        I made fairly major changes to the 'Lights' section of the *.eng file that I'm running - the original file described 19 lights and my version has 4. As provided, right and left 'headlights' are not implemented, but light can be seen 'leaking' through the chassis, front and back. I made all of that go away. I figure I can put them back if you decide to implement actual headlights in the final iteration.

          You are the man, I made a lot of changes thanks to your utility. I have the old ones in.old. Today I submitted the new model to my friend so that he can add the updates he made. Once those are done if you and the other guy on here could try to 1. fix the sound (your expert area) and 2. see if the other guy can help us out with the graphics. It is coming together. The static thing makes no sense and why I am not getting any cab sounds. With the fixed files we may be able to get it to work right. I have not played with this model in OR. My goal was to get it working in MSTS and OR as a bonus.

            CurlSnout​ I have made changes using Slipperman's utility. It really looks like you know your way around the visual model side of things. I posted the updated strela on my friend's site and I am waiting for him to add his updates. Once those are done I'd like to apply some of your suggestions.

              I replaced the 'P' and 'Z' textures which define the way the 'Reflectors' (the central lamps above the windscreen, fore and aft, respectively) appear in the sim. Again, using photos of the restored railcar on display at Kopřivnice ​for inspiration.

                      Thanks for the re-upload, but the .eng contains some errors which I thought we'd already covered!
                      I list the corrections below :
                      Line 16 - WheelRadius ( 920/2 mm ) - change to WheelRadius ( 0.46m ) - reason = I don't believe MSTS accepts mm as a UoM
                      Line 557 - As above
                      Line 628 - MaxPower ( 242715 ) - entry removed - Reason = Duplicate - there's already a MaxPower entry on line 547
                      Line 690 - NumNothes ( 0 ) - change to NumNotches ( 0 ) - Reason - MSTS ignores this and all following lines.
                      Line 708 - EngineVariables ( 150 ) - entry removed - Reason = Duplicate - there's already EngineVariables entry on line 705
                      Line 755 - Remove final '+' from line - Reason = after correcting line 690, MSTS 'sees' the '+' as indicating there's further text and reports an error.

                      The following haven't caused any problems with MSTS, but I suggest that they are considered for deletion :
                      Lines 72 - 77 - 'Inside' section uses a non-existent shape file. A second 'Inside' section is on lines 501 - 507 which uses an existing shape file.
                      Line 509 - duplicated 'Sound' section (First is on line 499.

                        Thank-you for managing a great site! I have been trying to get this off the ground for years. It was only last year that we started gaining ground. It is impossible for 1 person to have all the skills to create this. I have been to other sites and not much help. I do understand, so many people want to create but, even the veterans get tired of answering the same questions, and in some cases still bares no fruit. The biggest problem was me not having the 3d skills. The other is to find a guy that actually is a gamer and with his help we reached a certain point. The guys here are super and I really appreciate their time. I hope that Slipperman Courlsnout hopefully will help me get this project to the finish line. I am looking for more help.

                          Tonight I am making the corrections. I am not a math guy at all but shouldn't it be 92m? Did I miss something on the 46m? There are two wheels did you devide by half?

                            Great stuff! This last line is a place holder for my friend as he is still working on the shape files. I want to make sure he uses it.

                                Sam, I am working on fixing the eng the Slipperman changes. I have uploaded the new file. I really want to put in your changes. I love this stuff. I want to give my friend a chance to finish updating the textures. Could you tell me more about your suggestions and I'd like to get them in.
