Hi. I picked up a Raildriver a while back. I've played the heck out of it and love it for MSTS. The problem is , the way I touch or hold the handles wears the paint off a few decals. I tried emailing PI Engineering but have had no replies. I'd like to get a couple sets of decals. Has anybody have contact with them recently? Is there another source for decals?

I purchased a spare applique set from Raildriver many ages ago. While I am not willing to part with it (for the same reason as yours), I could scan it as a .JPG file and email it to you. You could then purchase some self adhesive paper and print it. With some careful Xacto knife work, you could create your own appliques.

You may have gone to the wrong site...there is a phone number listed for Michigan and they still offer complete line of RailDriver Stuff, including stickers/decals at this site:>>>> xkeys is the home site for P.I. Engineering...they do still have a presence on the web for the older RailDriver site...but there are more listed products on the xkeys home site.

I've been considering making a replacement decal sheet with decals that are actually realistic, but I never got around to prototyping it. I had repainted my Raildriver to match a more realistic desktop control stand (the brown desk, yellow/blue buttons, red brake handle top), and a realistic decal sheet would compliment it perfectly.

Further update.
I ordered a couple sets of decals and got them. They shipped Friday and I got them Tuesday morning. PI Engineering was great to deal with. They suggested Nail Polish lacquer to protect the decals. Has anybody used any kind of solvent for removal of the decals? I only need to do 3 of them
