It looks like a bunch of seriously warped whackos trying to spread their "gospel". You'd think that they'd want to pick more conspicuous websites to hack than some poor little train simulator site. Not everyone is playing with a full deck.

I fully agree with his content, he's got the facts straight as a purely Biblical reference. It's his approach I disagree with; hacking websites to spread the Word???

IF it is hijacked, it is a shame as Paul is a very religious person.

                    The real scoop

Thanks for the concern everyone. The page is deliberate. I like the gentleman's opinion and feel it's a good site to link to until I decide whether or not I will continue with MSTS.

Recent events have caused me great concern, which helped fuel my decision to put my Train Simulator business on hold for a while if not permanent.

When I first got into Train Simulator in 2001, there was a group of highly motivated and talented individuals whom I greatly respect. It seems the hobby has taken a big turn for the worse since those days. I think everyone on this thread knows what I mean.

Don't get me wrong, I repect everyone in this thread. It's the theft and direct stealing money right out of my account that has turned me off to the hobby.

Before anyone jumps the gun, money was NEVER the drive for my interest in MSTS. (Taking the hobby to the limit was the driving force for me.) What has driven me to this decision though, is a fellow named Philip Pugh, who stole money and product from me, and 5 other payware companies. He is not the first, and certainly seems to not be the last. It happens allot anymore.

I've just had enough of the dis-honesty and theft that occurs almost once a month now, not the money, but the fact that there's getting to be more and more coming to this hobby who have no respect for it or anyone else's work.

Therefore, I have shut down the business site. My business is still a legitimate business and all products of GM&O SIMULATIONS are still bound by the copyright placed in each unit set but there will be no new product offered TFN.

As for the "Bible thumping twit" ..well I guess I am one because I believe in Jesus Christ and all that is written on that site I linked to. He has the most accurate information I've seen of many sites. It was my decision to link to him, not his. That site owner had nothing to do with it and he is not at fault in any way.

Again, thanks folks for the concern. I have many friends here, and hope to keep in contact through this site. and direct e-mail.

                    Paul Fowler, Owner,

I have to agree with you Paul and the name of this thread is a sign that they don't care or even care to learn proper english.

Sorry to hear whats taken place Paul.

I myself am seeing the hobby get farther into the crapper every day. All the gimme gimme crap has kept me from release bundles of stuff that has other wise become vapor ware. The fact people pester someone for something only to get it and go "this sucks" gripes my nerves.

Then the piraters, who rather just get the file from someone else and enjoy the work someone else slaved over for free, instead of paying a reasonable 7 dollar fee to get it legally and in turn thank the creator for their hard time in designing the model(s) reaches the ultimate low.

I remember the early days when this stuff didn't happen, but even then it wasn't avoidable. Most of the young guns in the hobby could care less how much time goes into creating add-ons for the sim. All they want is their 45 min run before the models are placed on a shelf, never to be ran again.

Dear Paul, I'm sorry to hear of you theft problems and understand your feelings. But shutting down only hurts the good people here in the community and means they WIN!!! I'm sure all here will respect your decisions..Good luck
