    MSTS Bin?

Do I Need to Install MSTS Bin Even though I'm Using Open Rails? MLT's GTA Route Said it Should Be Installed.

Absolutely not. MSTSBIN is a PATCH to the original MSTS. It actually cannot do anything for OpenRails. If OpenRails is all you have installed, you can ignore that requirement mentioned in MLT's GTA route documentation.

Note: This does not mean that MLT's GTA will work, however, as it might require content *from* MSTS. (Which I don't know the answer to)

I do Have MSTS Installed but I Use OR to Actually Run Activities. That's Why I'm Wondering.

It won't hurt anything to install Bin. If you happen to run something with MSTS that requires bin it will run correctly.

I keep a "backup" install of MSTS on an external HD with just the original routes and X-Tracks and bin installed,

It is perfectly reachable here: http://mstsbin.uktrainsim.com/eng/eng.html at the moment. Get it while it lasts.

Also, due to issues with uktrainsim, I do host mirror copies on my website under "tools"

It is and always has been in the library here.

Since UKTS will be disappearing shortly, its probably best to stop making references to it, as people who pull this up three months from now will be utterly confused.

Got the Latest Version Downloaded. MSTS is in C:MSTS so Do I Install Bin in MSTS or on C drive?

It's written in black and white in the tutorial.

The installer will detect from the registry where your train.exe is installed, and overwrite the correct files.

Read the tutorial, and trust the installer. Don't overthink this.

                              Another Dumb Question

When I Get Ready to Install I Get a Popup Window With 4 boxes in it, Main, Sound Improvement, Addition keys, Transparent GUI.
The Addition Keys is Already Checked. What Do I Do?
