The P&W SD70M-2 has been almost finished. I still have just a couple of stickers left to be done. The unit will now be set up to use new physics by Gerry Storey and then I will send it to a friend of mine for testing.
I'm still considering whether or not I should update my SD70ACe/M-2 cab and include it with this (and subsequent) unit.
Due to the awkward choice by the creators of this unit, some details (mainly hand railings) cannot be painted correctly, since they share the same texture with the main body of the locomotive.

Damn! Nicely done.
I'm not seeing the yellow on lower front-facing areas including the steps as well as the deck sides. My pictures must be old or they changed the scheme (again). To me, everything below the deck in the front is yellow. I assume that's the WIP part.Last edited by pwillard; 10-01-2020, 08:05.http://www.railsimstuff.com

Nah. You got the Metro North route in which P&W runs stone trains with SD70M-2’s... that’s the purpose... Use Paul Charland’s Canadian routes that can be represent NECR or P&W as it’s mainly all single track. Be creative....

In the light of most recent news about CN Heritage units about to be released, I am happy to announce that more units will be included in my repaint project.
In the meantime, the work on P&W (G&W colours) has been almost finished and I am starting work on the UP SD70ACe 1111 "Powered by Our People" Unit.Borislav

Genny orange units were often shared among G&W roads and ran all over the country. These units were on B&P for a spell and now are on CORP.My Open Rails videos https://www.youtube.com/channel/UClc...1kBPO2A/videos
