Thank you very much, guys, for all the kind words!
This is the first paint scheme I am working on in 4K resolution. This enables me to add much more details to the locomotive. Having that in mind, I might redo all of the previously released paint schemes in 4K, as well. However, I still can't be sure about that one, as this requires one important step - finding enough good, detailed photos of the locomotives in question. I am not talking about those beautiful photos you can see at railpictures.net, but the close-up ones where you can see all the decals, panels and stuff. Those are very difficult to find, and I have to spend a lot of time searching for photos and videos of that kind on the internet.
Therefore, any future project that I have on my mind depends purely on this factor. The Essential Workers unit, I believe, will be possible to do, as I already have good photos of this locomotive.Borislav

The main textures have been finished! However, I have decided to take a shot at weathering effects. This is something that I have never done before. If it does turn out right, I am going to include two sets of textures for this locomotive: clean and dirty.
This is what I have been able to produce so far (upper body), but this is still a work in progress:

Knowing nothing about this ( except coming from an art perspective -- MA in photography ) -- try less precision, more "smudging" -- more of an "accidental" application -- if that makes any sense. Again, just fine work on the models...and of course the most excellent cabviews.
Hi, R. Steele ,
Your suggestion is very good!
here in my region, aging trends.
the idea of a KISTBASHING painting is good, but everyone has a particular view on "dirty or aged" painting
The base model with new painting will give each one a way of how they want the action of time on the painted model.
once again...... good job, FI=Ghost's

If all goes well, I believe I will upload the locomotive tomorrow. There will be three sets of textures included: clean (very light/default weathering effects), moderate weathering effects and heavy weathering effects.Chimbica Dash8

The locomotive has been finished. It contains three sets of textures: standard/clean textures, textures with moderate weathering effects and textures with heavy weathering effects.
Due to the fact that I am now using textures in 4K resolution, the size of the .zip file is 120 MB and now I am facing a problem. I cannot upload it directly and I have not been able to figure out this FTP thing.
Is there someone who could help me with uploading this thing?Borislav
