          I knew Shortlines & Leasers I've never even heard of or about are abound, but I had no idea KCS had AFCX 3-Bays in that Cream-Sickle( so to speak ) of a Scheme! Plus, those Photos used with the looks of Model Cars being bent-in & beaten on/into on some occasions, looks & works out greatly! No need to Create a whole new .S or F/A to Cover-Over The Existing one(s)!

              Re: the centerbeams. Needing some help with this :
              Per the Read Me -

              You will also need to do the same with the WRAPPED1.s file.

              CONIFEX.s -> CONIFEX.dds
              IrvingGreen.s -> IrvingGreen.dds
              IrvingRed.s -> IrvingRed.dds
              Plywood.s -> Plywood.dds
              Resolute.s -> Resolute.dds
              TwinRivers.s -> TwinRivers.dds
              VIKING.s -> VIKING.dds
              WEYERHAEUSER.s -> WEYERHAEUSER.dds
              WhiteWrapped.s -> WhiteWrapped.dds

              Do I use SFM for this? If so, how? Any assistance is appreciated.

                I do this for MSTS to Open Rails/ORTS Things like Locomotives & Cars often. Un-Compress The Shape/.S. Now, It's gonna show up like almost any other Shape/.S. Find Keyword in box: Ace,...Gonna Take you to the Images Section( If wanting to re-name .dds just find Images instead), You'll see each thing named with .ace @ end. Rename .ace with .dds, and Re-Compress. Should work now( always does for me).

                  Thanks for your reply, but I know how to uncompress the s file and search using "image". I don't think I phrased my question well. My problem is that I am not seeing any ace or dds other than WRAPPED 1.dds when I uncompress the s file. I'm not seeing any of the others listed on the Read Me:
                  CONIFEX.s -> CONIFEX.dds
                  IrvingGreen.s -> IrvingGreen.dds
                  IrvingRed.s -> IrvingRed.dds
                  Plywood.s -> Plywood.dds
                  Resolute.s -> Resolute.dds
                  TwinRivers.s -> TwinRivers.dds
                  VIKING.s -> VIKING.dds
                  WEYERHAEUSER.s -> WEYERHAEUSER.dds
                  WhiteWrapped.s -> WhiteWrapped.dds

                  I'm seeing them (dds files) in the NVLW Centerbeams folder, but I'm not seeing any s files with those names. Hope that makes better sense...

                    Copy the Wrapped1.s file from the Mullan folder and create the .s files listed above from it in the centerbeams folder. Then uncompress and replace the above listed .dds file names in those .s files you just created.

                    I think you also need to copy the wrapped1.dds file, as the straps.s file calls for it for empty cars.

                      You will need to copy the wrapped1.s file and rename them as followed, conifex.s, IrvingGreen.s, etc.
                      Then in each s file you will need to rename the textures to match the same.

                      It's the same instructions and set up as the cars themselves for the centerbeams, boxcars, etc.
                      I left it vague due to everyone has their own way of doing the renaming process, compared to how I do it.

                      I believe as mentioned, you'll need the wrapped1.dds as well in the folder for the straps shape to work correctly texture wise.

                        Yes, it does. I see now. I had to copy The one Certainteed.s that's there with the .dds, COPY & rename to the next seen: Conifix & Change Its Naming too. That was it. Not enough shapes were Copied from what I can tell, did as said.

                          The Certainteed shape is a custom shape I created, it is not the shape used for all the lumber loads provided. The wrapped1.s file from trainsimulations, is the one you need for all other lumber loads such as Conifex, Irving, Viking, etc, to work properly.

                            The only problem I had was on 5 EMRY 's' files the called ace files didn't exist. Just changed the ext. name to .dds and all was well. The files were EMRY 6583, 6543, 6513, 7219 , & 33634. Great set by the way!

                                Well, that was definitely an oversight on my end. The cars oddly work fine for me, unless I packaged the wrong shape files for the ones you mentioned. I'll have to take a look and get back to you. If that's the case of the wrong files making the cut, I'll have to upload a hotfix for them.
