A question about Larry Goss's boxcars

Hello, I'm not from the MSTS Community, but the TRAINZ Community. I know that this subject is a bit of a grey area, but I wanna get it as clear as possible to avoid any problems.

I saw elsewhere that his models were supposedly public domain, but I want to be absolutely sure that's true. I would like to do a conversion into TRAINZ to make a few reefers, but I can't find him. Would anyone know or be able to point me in the right direction?

Apologies for the possibly stupid question, I'm usually not active on any forums and I'm for sure not aware of how things work here. Cheers.

His early models were freeware, but that's not necessarily the same as public domain.

Yeah, I figured as much. It's always better to ask first unless it's concrete.

His user name here is still Main Lines, but hasn't been active in at least 11 years. You could try a PM, or perhaps there's information on his profile page that might make it possible to get in contact with him. He'd be in his mid to late 70's give or take, so it's worth a shot.

Doing a basic search using the information available here I've come up with,

You might want to try over at Railworks America. There has been several releases of new cars for Train Sim Classic.
