ace file is encoded

as you can see the ace file is distorted as shown in above image..how can i repaint it?

Is that for a scenery object? OpenRails will support a non-square ACE file, so you should be able to edit it per normal.

Not it's a loco ace texture file.

We can't see the distortion at all, as we don't know what the real one looks like?

Load the shape file through Shape Viewer then export the ace file.
