A couple of years ago a Dutchman made one. I don't believe it still is available somewhere.
I could have a search in my "library" if you want. -

Russell Beer (an Aussie, living and working in Queensand) is making a 2300 and reckons a 2100 is a definite possibiity. He's doing the 2300 to run on the Brisbane route he's building.
