3DTrains' Surfliner set or a certain pack of Rotems should do nicely. Be sure to change the horn to a K5LA, K3LA, or S-2M if using the latter.

I'm nit picking away at them. These are the 8400 pre rebuilt cab car with K5LA that run leading on the UP lines. I have all the railroads that utilize the Nippon Sharyo cab cars..

That's a very good soundset, Ryan. A simple swap of sounds could make this an all-purpose cab car soundset.
