There are a lot of downloads for various sounds here in TS. Just search "Freight" in MSTS Sounds then here is what comes up:
"11 files match the search criteria.
Search Keywords: Freight"

All freight sounds are pretty much the same. The only ones to isolate as different would be sounds associated with Reefer Cars where a small diesel engine would provide power for the refigeration equipment, or the wheel powered generator sounds for an old style Caboose or passenger car.
