This .sms file is rare to find ? Please Help !!

I have been looking for a particular .sms file called :-

" PKP-osobowy-srodek.sms "

I searched many sites including the Polish sites, tried translating and understanding
what is written on the site through Google Translate, but no luck !!

Therefore,

I request all the experienced members to help me , please !!
