    Echo on my own sounds

Dear friends of the forum, of this healthy vice of
simulator, first MSTS and now all the improvements
through Open Rails, I enjoy a lot and I've spent
very good moments in front of my screen
computer, an important area of that enjoyment, is
the sound in the wagons either cargo or passengers,
I've been using sounds downloaded from the forum for a long time,
or from other websites, the issue is that from time to date
I started experimenting with editing my own sounds
at 1440 Kbps, which gives them a sharpness and sound very
pleasant, without falling into excessive volume to avoid distortions
and that sounds bad, so things have come enjoying my own
wav, edited from YouTube, but there is something that I could not avoid
by putting the same sound to a whole load composition (goods)
or passenger, and it's the damn ECO effect, when I bring my train from
away, and turning the camera, which is fascinating, but the echo, is the one that ends
spoiling the sounds, although you can avoid the echo, listening from above
of the car or car. Obviously you can not do just that kind of view, and
It's nice to circulate the entire train in front of the camera, but as I said before,
echo, ends up ruining the very good sound of my own wav, at 1440, Kbps, like
"solution", I noticed that if I alternate different sounds for each wagon (what a mess
tremendous) the echo is avoided, but some wav are to different sounds, which is not ideal
and the other thing is to put the sound to the first car and the last one, but it's not ideal, as always
I say I pay attention to any solution to avoid the echo, in the compositions and with
my own sounds, cordial greetings, from, Chile, South America.
    Please excuse my awkward English,
    using only google translator,

Your sounds are out of phase because the sim doesn't load them all precisely at the same time. What I would do is create a couple of phase-shifted versions of each clip, and tell the SMS file to select one of these streams at random. That will reduce the problem, because each car using the SMS will play a slightly different version of each file, avoiding most phasing issues. Creating a phase-shifted version of a clip is super simple, just cut off the last half or so, and paste it on to the beginning. It'll still loop fine. You could honestly cut the tail off at any point, you only really need a few hundredths of a second to suss the issue.

Dear friend, first of all thanks for answering my question and asking, I am sorry I did not answer before., Being very sincere,
my experience in sms files, is almost null, I have only intervened
some, "experimenting" not always having good results,
The only thing I do is cut YouTube audio, and set different
speeds, and then replace the LHB_WAG, I must recognize
that I was not 100 percent clear your explanation, that's why
I have uploaded my sounds to the web, some of which are from container wagons,
have if I can understand better by reviewing my sounds and explaining myself
through a kind of tutorial. As I said in my first post, my
sounds are heard acceptably well, the only problem that bores me
it's the damn echo that spoils the audio, when I see my freight train pass by
in this case, I hope not for my bad English we can not give you a
effective solution to my echo problem in my sounds, dear friend
I leave the link to my sounds, cordially grateful if I can finally understand
well your solution to my echo problem, sincere hugs friend,
