New horn sounds

There are a couple of new horns in the file library today (6-7-02). A funky Leslie SL3 and a Nathan K5LA. I downloaded the K5, but haven't tried it out yet. FYI!

LAST EDITED ON Jun-07-02 AT 09:44PM (EDT)[p]I've never heard any Leslies used in Canada, but K3H's, K5H's, and K5LA's are used here.. BUT the K5LA sounds really good! I like swapping it between the NALW K5LA, that has the bells slur together, whereas this one is excellent for your VIA/Amtrak trains highballing through crossings~! The loop also sounds almost near perfect.. (to my "untrained" ears) One thing I'd want to improve, is make it louder, but that may create distortion.. Other than that, I'm quite satisfied..

Glad you guys like the recordings Evan Werkema and I cooked up together :-)

Over here, the thing is really loud on my GP40W....don't think it need a vol. increase...or does it....hmm!

In my opinion, the looping on all three of these new horns could have been a lot better.
