    Locomotive sound problem

I'm working on reskinning the narrow gauge D&RGW C-28 #367, but haven't determined what to do about a sound problem. Everything sounds great until I reduce the regulator to zero, at which time the chugging sounds instantly go silent. Is anyone aware of this and able to offer any help?
