Error in Old Route

Happy New Year!

I'm trying to open an old route in MSTS Route Editor. I keep getting an error saying there is a problem at line 3600 and something in the REF file. I checked but there are only 2300 and some lines in the file, everything looks normal so what should I be looking for as the cause of the error?

It opens in TSRE and does have a few errors about siding and platform names being through nodes, I can adjust them in TSRE. I ran the route through Route-Riter and it says it's clean, no errors. Just a bit odd.

I did solve my problem by taking a REF file from an earlier version of the route and deleting about 30 entries of shapes that were no longer used in the later version.

I did a RDB rebuild in MSTS RE and that removed all the error messages that showed when the route was opened in TSRE.

Have no idea what they problem was that claimed an error at line 3654 when there were only 2324 lines in the REF file though.
