    OTRS Routes

What routs are avilable for OTRS?

    #2
Payware from TS, the Mullan Route, is really excellent >>> https://www.trainsimulations.net/mullanpass

At this point in time, I don't think you can do better, equipment and activities included, OR physics, the expansion pack is good.

Freeware in the TS library >>> best I can think of at this time is "ORTS CN Blackfoot Summer Edition V1" by Rory Rice. A very finely crafted route, that is a gem.

There will be others, give it some time for answers.
    Cheers, Gerry

Open Rails? Pretty much every route in the library will work in Open Rails that will work or was built using MSTS.

willamette_pass works with the converted rolling stock. but should I change the engine files for other routes,? Ill look into the other routes form above answers.

DO NOT change anything in the TS Payware Mullan route, install as directed, exactly as directed.

Are they acting up? The only think that makes some models for "OR Only" is the ace file used in the cab view is 1064 pixels ide and not 512. The physics has also changed over the last few years and MSTS cant read the new OR engine files, but OR still has no trouble reading engine files made for MSTS. If it runs, I wouldn't bother changing it unless the author just happens to come out with a new "OR" engine file.
