Problems with the screenshot function

Dear railway friends!

Once in a while it happens, when i make screenshot outside the engine cab, that the simulator crashes. Down below, there is a screenshot of the error message, i always get in such a situation.

Does anybody know the reason for it and is there a solution for the problem?

it happends to me to idk if there Patching a Common Bug...

It's a common bug, and very frustrating. I've reported it several times, but I guess the focus is .sd files and physics.

I get it too, rear. Yes, a big pain, but usually on my first attempt to take a screen shot, so not far from my last saved start. Rerun the Act from the same save and set up the same shot - no problem so go figure. Guess it's just a perfect storm when it happens.

I had a similar problem several years ago. Eventually I found that it was my antivirus that was causing the problem. Shut off your antivirus and see if the problem goes away. I eventually had to change my antivirus program.
