However, I feel this last effort is rather outdated - the reason being how often in the past ten years or so have you seen trailers with railroad names on them? Hardly ever! Plus, I see none of the more familiar names, such as FedEx USPS, UPS, JB Hunt, Schnelder, and so on. I guess for those of you who run trains back in the 60's or70's these are fine, but for the first time in ages, I'm going to pass.
Larry, to give you some clarification…the 89’ 4” flats listed in here were used well in to the early 2000s hauling 40’ and later 45’ trailers primarily. In later years they were used with the 48’ and 53’ trailers but could only carry single trailers and not doubled as this pack has represented. Almost all common 45’ trailers have been represented here. The common LTL carriers like JB Hunt, Schneider, FedEx, etc would not be prototypical for this car type and configuration because those carriers have used primarily 48’ and 53’ trailers as opposed to the slightly shorter 45’.

I know very little about the era Shasta is set in (and don't sim it, so no strings attached) but I have a folder with around 250 photos of "last century" TOFC loads. I don't know how many of the photos are appropriate for this specific era, let alone the route, but with the paint kit available if anyone is intending to do repaints for the file library and wants a copy to use as reference material (I doubt there's anything in it of reskin quality), shoot me a PM.
