3d cab views on double cabbed tram

Hi,

I'm designing a London HR2 tram with a 3d cab view, which works fine as designed. However, I'm unable to make <CTRL> <E> work to change cabs. There is no 2D cabview any more. I have a cab.cvf and cab_rv.cvf in the CABVIEW3D folder.

I've stepped through the source code to see if I could spot anything, and by the looks of things, I can see code to generate multiple 2D cab views, but it seems there is only a single instance of the 3D cab view. Does 3d Cabview only permit a single cab?
