you would need a set some ATW.BNSF_237362

The SD is not mandatory for scenery in ORTS.

If you need one for MSTS, just copy one from another object or create a shell:

        Code:
        SIMISA@@@@@@@@@@JINX0s1t______

        shape ( somerandomshape.s
            ESD_Detail_Level (0)
            ESD_Software_DLev (0)
            ESD_Alternative_Texture (0)
            ESD_Bounding_Box ( -1 -1 -1 1 1 1 )
        )

Testing in ORTS (this uses ORTS FA system as there are 2 FA's involved so this will be ORTS only) the CN engine appears as i was also testing Ossie's upcoming CN set at the same time. The SP MOW number is probably not real, but it is done using the same method as they did when they numbered their MOW cars .

^The D&RGW and SP used similar "numbering" schemes for MOW equipment derived from former revenue equipment. This was done in part for accounting and taxation purposes--non-revenue equipment was treated differently than revenue equipment, and could no longer be used in any revenue service. In SP's case, the old revenue car number was retained, with "MW" added at the end to indicate that the car was a non-revenue MOW car. In the D&RGW's case, an "AX-" was added as a prefix to the old revenue car number. So, for example, box car 56777 became AX-56777.

Yes i did some personal repaints of DRGW MOW flats a while ago following that numbering as described from photos i found using payware from DW and BLW with NAVS rail FA and a Cat fron a 3DT route or 3DT upgrade, the tank body is a water carrier. lots of editing in wordpad to get that done and remove all the unwanted parts, the reference pics i used to create these were as you described with the AX used in the numbering

^I've seen many of those Rio Grande MOW and outfit cars in real life, as I lived for a number of years at various places along the D&RGW. I have had two friends, one now deceased, that were Division Engineers for the D&RGW, both working in the era when those types of cars were still in common use. Back in those days, the D&RGW had several big wrecking derricks, one each based in Denver, Pueblo, Grand Junction, and Salt Lake. The biggest one was "Sampson de Grande", which was located in Grand Junction. The D&RGW picked up most of their own derailments back then and they also keep side-boom Caterpillar bulldozers sitting on flat cars at several points on their system. Those generally had flat cars of track panels, rail, and ties sitting with them, just like the ones in your screenshots, plus usually an "outfit boxcar" like the ones you created. If you want to read a great book about all of that, find a used copy (it's out of print) of Sam Dougherty's book, "Call the Big Hook". I knew Sam, as well, through mutual friends.

The "Grande" was quite a railroad back when I was younger. I almost went for work for the Grande in the late 1970's, but I would have had to relocate and take a cut in pay to do it then.

And, yes, how I wish I could have those MOW cars that you created. I think that I have all the DW models upon which they are based.

Project 220 the MOW shed has been uploaded, project 219 will continue to be worked on and will be released when finished.
will have a look round and see if i can find that book sounds an interesting read.

here is how it should have looked

So, copy the FA's to another 53' flatcar. It took me about 15 minutes to copy the FA files and .wag entries over to another 53' flatcar. Now I have an SP and a UP MOW shed. I'm going to scrounge around and see if I have any more 53' flatcars that these would work on.

In that case you either have to purchase the route, or just use the Freight Animation shed and Aircon on any flat car you do have, as the Readme states quite clearly, and the readme also gives you the web address where you can purchase the route and its current price.

while working on the mow shed i was still chipping away at the container pics i collected, so since the last update for project 219 i have done these 5 some of them have both sides done, but all i have shown so far still need ends and roofs doing. some are different numbers of ones already shown from different pics.
