Just started the new project, have not yet thought far enough ahead to know what i am going to put these on or in, but the first 4 containers have put on single shapes, but are easily transferred to double stacks as well, only the one side done so far for each.

These are really nice. I do not think any one has ever done these. Here is a cool site if you have not seen it yet.https://www.matts-place.com/intermod...ontainers1.htm

Dysphagia isn't uncommon with strokes, and it's serious if precautions aren't taken. The feeding tube is definitely a safe approach.

I'll continue praying for you and your wife.

I cannot remember what it was called but we have a diagnosis for Steph's illness, its a problem with the back of the mouth and top of the throat which means that in order not to suffer multiple lung infections for the rest of her life as well as the possibility of dying due to some food lodging in her windpipe and killing her she needs to have a tube put from the ouside of her tummy into the stomach and be fed through that permanently, she needs to wait another 8 days which is when all of the consultants meet up again to discuss all the patients under their care where they will decide if she can be accepted for the proceedure, in the meantime she is being fed via a tube down the throat directly to her stomach.

Today after all the blood tests and scans of the last week, X-Rays, MRI & CT , they have found nothing abnormal, they have her fitted with a feeding tube now and she has just been cleared to eat pureed food plus arificially thickened water etc, one of the doctors today stated that the consensus of opinion was that this is a delayed side effect from the stroke she had on 1st Nov 2019 whilst in recovery after a brain tumor removal operation (which was a sucess i might add) they were due to discuss it again this afternoon just passed at there consultation meeting, so i guess i may know tommorrow, she has regained a bit of her speech and is a bit easier to understand now,

well my wife is still in hospital and is at last allowed to eat a pureed diet plus food through a pipe into the stomach, but in the odd 10 mins in the morning and evening before bed during the last 7 days i have managed to make up the 8th container set for UMAX

Thanks guys, They still have not got to the bottom of the cause of her problems but her speech did get a little better today, its a little thing but an improvement, she can make herself understood a bit better now. They have rulled out her brain Tumor that was removed in 2019 as scans show it has not regrown, and her throat is ok they cannot find anything wrong with it, just waiting for a MRI scan to make sure she did not have a mini stroke, but there feeling is that its not that, but she was transered to the neurology ward today, so hoping they will get to the bottom of it.
