Well, I didn't package them, if that's what you mean.
You still need to place files into your route the way ORTS expects them.http://www.railsimstuff.com

You can still write up Ref file entries if you want to add a more detailed descriptive name, reference a file in another folder, or add things like the shadow type, etc.
For anything else, it's no longer necessary to list every shape you may or may not want to use.
