    BlenderMarket Sale

Blendermarket has a bunch of add-ons on sale for 25% off.

There are a bunch of add ons that might be of interest to this community:

One in particular is Mark Kingsnorth's Perspective plotter:
    Perspective Plotter - Blender Market
This cheap little add maps objects to photos and I could see this being useful for anyone trying to model buildings they have a few photos of.
A neat feature is that if you have a part of the photo with a known size (such as a door) you can reference that and it will ensure the object is sized appropriately.

Sanctus Library has over 1000 procedural materials, is well reviewed and is fairly cheap.

(Side note, I found many of the procedural materials to be very slow to use, so for my own needs, I probably won't end up using this one much and would recommend the next one instead..)

"Extreme PBR Nexus" has about 1800 PBR materials (these are the ones that come with extra files for roughness, reflectiveness, normal maps, etc.)
Seems easy enough to use, though I've only barely touched it

    And plenty more...

    Just a side note:

PBR Materials and Procedural materials are advanced enough concepts that they are somewhat less helpful to our "legacy" methods of texture creation. ORTS is not quite PBR ready... hopefully that changes someday

My recommendations are to look at:

    1. If you have upgraded to Blender 4.x (No need to really do this yet), look at Modifiers Toolbox to get back the legacy style modifier menu.
    2. Simple Bend Add-on - helps you bend stuff
    3. I agree with Perspective Plotter recommendation
    4. Now for one of my favorites --> Conform Object
    5. Seams Around Selection - Ever wanted to make believable WELD lines based on modeled geometry?
    6. Machin3tools - add some missing tools and shortcuts
