If there's anything I miss about Amtrak, it's when they were still running E units on their trains. Wish the real RR's would bring back passenger service, but I guess that's gone forever.

What we have now is a better product: equipment is kept up better, crews are nicer, we have a website to make information easier.
But there were more trains then and they were longer and the dinning cars had real food.
