That cab is one of Borislav's creations available right here on TSim. One can modify the .cvf file to show the railroad reporting mark and the locomotive number on the computer screen (in this case, GECX2022). The cab is specifically for ES44 and ET44 locomotives. The route is undoubtedly a route upon which has been applied the "Neil Touch." Great screenshot of someplace in the Midwest on a blustery, but snowless winter day. Great job, Neil and Borislav!

yes and no, yes it was released somewhere, but i cannot remember where, but i am guessing it was either MLT Downloads or Trackside productions, both now gone. and i cannot say who did it as i have lost the original readme that came with it, looking at the A & B ace files it appears it was on the SLI BN 6782 shape file.

As the arctic blast makes it's way south, the local crew hustles to complete their day before the snow and sleet starts later in the evening.

A trio of NBSR SD70M-2's "Splitting" the now deactivated Maine Central signals, just east of the Mattawamkeag mileboard sign, on the EMRY Mattawamkeag Sub. While these ones at this location are no longer standing, I wanted to showcase the custom signals that were produced by Travis Ebner. He did a fantastic job with these, and I cannot wait to use them further on this route, and the Maine Central Mountain Division route.
