Thanks for the kind words, as always Kevin! I've been fortunate to learn from the masters such as Neil, Curtis (snootnose), Sean (PerryPlatypus) and many others. I don't feel like I ever know what I'm doing with the modifications, but I feel like it's getting closer to something decent.
Chilla, thanks for the kind words. It’s my version of the Hamilton Norfolk route. It’s been my test bed of sorts for route modifications. I only have about 1/2 of the route done this way. The main changes have been the terrain from the Feather River route, TS Ruel trees, the commonly available shrubbery and trackside grasses (slightly darkened), US tracks, and many of the B&O specific structures from the West End route, and some of my own rock face transfer textures. It’s and ongoing WIP.
The Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul & Pacific S-3 Northern-type 4-8-4 ("MILW 261") hauls the final excursion train northbound on the BNSF Hinckley Sub. Passing thru NSS Grasston.
Nice! Now, I've got a reason & Example to go with the Question, with ORTS do You still need DIT Files for that many Units( though. Like in Real Life,..You're Displaying Them being Transferred by The GEs )?
