The first signs of the winter getting closer on the higher passes
This is something I hate to see every year. As a kid, I loved winter, as an adult who works in it, and has to clean my own driveway and walkway, I hate it.
They say the North East area is supposed to see its first snow fall next month, but won't stick until early November. With temps dipping down to 30-40 degrees at night lately, I won't be surprised if this holds true.

For me, a person that born and grown up, on humid subtropical climate (Southern Brazil). The only time I saw snow was when I been in eastern Europe winters, and of course I enjoyed all that cold and snow, but with the time, I understood why most of you from cold places hate the snow, and would give everything to have more sunny and warm days.
Fall on the Mullan Pass, as Q-ALTPTL gets underway.
Edit:
EMR/MNR Job 910, early morning hours, peaking in and out of the sunlight with SD70M-2 6401 and 6402. I added a PTC array system on these units, using the model from Chris Wallace here in the library, with some obvious edits and tweaks to match the color, and move it to the right spot.
Also swapped out the MRL SD70ACe shape for the BNSF one from the Mullan Pass set, to better match the correct handbrake wheel on the 6402, and a few other little details.
