They're not downloading. Server gives a message that "file is incomplete"

Just tried, had the same think. Shows 19 others have downloaded it, is everyone getting the same error? The zip file I uploaded is 10.4 MB, my download stopped at 28 kb.

Hey Paul.
I just finish to download the file AMcpk23.zip from Library and it is OK; every thing is allright inside file.
The only mistake in the Library is that the size indicated for the file is wrong (only 10,718 instead of about 10,710,000 ).

I've uploaded a set of 1977 Ford Econoline vans to the library. They were made for bi-level loads using Ford drawings I
found online but look fine as static objects and work in carspawns.
