              Anderson looks like he did the model onto the SD70ACu kit that's in the library.

              This is what the SD70AH-T4 should look like. You'll notice the whole body is the same height from the cab to the rear, and the cab has a different design than your typical SD70ACe/M-2 model.

              I've only seen a couple of photos of the SD70AH-T4 model, but that is private, so only one or two people actually have one.

                I could tell that there are obvious differences in the prototype and his kitbashed version. I still like the idea of it though.
