In the 1990's, a pair of NYSW SD70"M"'s were leased to Vermont Rail System, and were used on the GMRC/CLP 263/264 job between Whitehall, NY and Bellows Falls, VT.

Using the Dominion Atlantic route as a filler..

Fictional stuff on the MEC Mountain Division.

Visitors from the PCE made their way onto the WMRC, along Sebago Lake, and further towards Westbrook. Eventually to be turned at Portland, and sent right back west. (Still lots of trees and shrubbery to add along the lake shore!)

SP beet train KFCNU departs Klamath Falls with beet loads for Holly Sugar in Hamilton City CA (via CFNR connection). They were collected from beet growers in the Klamath basin by the SP Copic Local that runs the Modoc line. Beets are loaded along the Modoc Line in Merrill OR and Stonghold CA. The local dragged the beets to the yard in K-Falls, and SP scrounged the bottom of the barrel for some road power for the trip south. A pair of 4-motors, a GECX B36-7 and a wandering CSX GP40-2, are sandwiched by SP 6 motors.

Have been playing around with the Sky Replacement feature in Photoshop, being that I can't get ReShader to work for the life of me

I think photoshop does a heck of a lot better than any reshader I have seen so far. That last shot in particular, is incredible.

While they're all amazing, I agree, the last one is incredible!

WMRC RY-2 brings back the west coast visitors DIT.

Just cleared the yard limits, winding them up to get up to track speed of 40mph out of the Fore River Bog.

Once again, clearing the second set of yard limits for the Westbrook Mill location, winding them up again to reach the track speed.

                Gliding by Newhall Siding.

climbing up a 1.6% grade into the Sebago Lake area.

Pulling up alongside the Sebago Lake siding, preparing to drop off a set of power with some ballast cars, for some ballast dumping to take place once the MOW boys show up.

Tied back onto the train, ready to roll west, next stop, Steep Falls to drop off a pair of feed cars.

Along the shores of Sebago Lake.

Passing Milepost 18, with another 113 miles left before reaching St. Johnsbury, VT.

Thanks Neil. The SD30C-ECO units were eventually supposed to get the new paint scheme, but the shop ended up taking care of some other locomotives. So these will run in the old scheme for a bit longer.

Wow, all very nice! I particularly like the SAR shot. It'd be great if that is something that could be rolled out for OR routes.
