Visitors from the PCE made their way onto the WMRC, along Sebago Lake, and further towards Westbrook. Eventually to be turned at Portland, and sent right back west. (Still lots of trees and shrubbery to add along the lake shore!)

SP beet train KFCNU departs Klamath Falls with beet loads for Holly Sugar in Hamilton City CA (via CFNR connection). They were collected from beet growers in the Klamath basin by the SP Copic Local that runs the Modoc line. Beets are loaded along the Modoc Line in Merrill OR and Stonghold CA. The local dragged the beets to the yard in K-Falls, and SP scrounged the bottom of the barrel for some road power for the trip south. A pair of 4-motors, a GECX B36-7 and a wandering CSX GP40-2, are sandwiched by SP 6 motors.

Thanks Neil. The SD30C-ECO units were eventually supposed to get the new paint scheme, but the shop ended up taking care of some other locomotives. So these will run in the old scheme for a bit longer.
