The Railnet units, I believe are not public, and were a gift?
I can share the reshade settings, but it might not be until Tuesday. I won't forget though, promise. What I can say is - the clouds01 and skydome1 files you use play some role. Also the ambient lighting setting you use in the OR or MG GUI also play a role. I have many presets that may look good on my system, with my settings that may not on another persons.
I have presets for various sky/weather conditions that may look varied from one route to the next (with either good or bad results) based on the vegetation used, how I may have edited the textures, etc.
I spend a lot of time experimenting, and believe me, it doesn't always turn out how I desire
