Do you have OpenAL32.dll in the TSRE folder?
    It's a separate download.

yeah, i tried two versions (32 and 64 bit) but nothing happened, if i didnt have openAL installed on my pc, the same TSRE would prevbent me from accessing it, i spoke with the creator of the program and he told me that it was an opengl problem, that he couldnt help me anymore, but in the period of time when it was working well i didnt install anything at all regarding graphics, it was sudden, from one moment to the next, i am really desesperate to be able to fix this matter...

Try installing v8.004 into a separate directory - it has all the dependencies included.
