    Found the problem. I Missed part of the necessary download.

    My only issue is the speed. It really runs slow on my machine.

    O do have one suggestion. Make the activity editor a separate function like the consist editor. I don't know, but it may speed it up.

    Thanks, Great work.

      Do you mean FPS? If so, try set in settings.txt:

      tileLod = 1
      objectLod = 2000

      What computer do you have?

        New update: http://koniec.org/tsre5/data/TSRE5_v0.689.exe
        (32 bit version): http://koniec.org/tsre5/data/TSRE5x32_v0.689.exe

        0.689

        - full support for unicode.
        - support for DPI scalling.
        - better texture painting.

        1. Full support for unicode:

        2. Better texture painting;

        Load multiple textures at once.

        Now you can use recent textures (click to use).

          Downloaded v0.684.zip and I'm obviously doing something wrong. See screenshot and log file and settings file. My machine is an older laptop-Windows 7, Intel T6500 @2.10 MHz, 4GB RAM, 64 bit system. Tried v0.688.exe with the same result. Any help would be appreciatedClick image for larger version

            See the top of log.txt. I think you don't have Opengl 3.0 drivers or even GPU supporting 3.0. What is your GPU?

              I have tried to search this thread for an answer. Maybe I have overlooked something.
              How exactly do you fix the height of the terrain on a new tile to match the height of the existing tiles in a route you wish to edit?
              For example, I have a route I want to edit, but the base-height of the tiles on that route is 60.000. How do I elevate the new tiles I create from 0 to 60.000?

                Press F2. Enter 60 in "Fixed height" text box, and:
                1. Use Fixed Height button and click on tile if you want to reset its height map to fixed value.

                  ATI Mobility Radeon 4500 integrated-is that what you mean?

                    Try installing new drivers, but your card is from the same year Opengl 3.0 is, so it may not support it. It is 9 years old ...

                      Also disable the shadows, maybe it will help a little.

                        Changing those settings helped a bunch.

                        Thanks

                          bprice, also disable shadows. It will give you a lot FPS.

                              Apparently the drivers are up to date and working properly. I downloaded an older version (v0.6144.zip) and it seems to work ok. see screenshot. Has something been added since then that my processor can't handle? Thank you for all your work and sharing your knowledge with the train-sim community.Click image for larger version

                                Shaders were updated from Opengl 2.0 to Opengl 3.0. Maybe it is easy to make Opengl 2.0 shaders, but I think it is waste of time doing it. Opengl 3.0 is 10 years old.

                                This site says, your GPU has support up to OpenGl 3.3 :

                                Maybe you have drivers from Windows, but you need to download them manually from AMD site.
