Odd happening with TSRE v8 and some routes

If I load the Clinton Sub route with TSRE v8.005 the terrain does not show up (rather like the familiar old MSTS GWV effect). Also, my viewpoint is way below ground level. If I load the route with v8.004, however, the terrain does show as it should and above ground level.

If I load the latest version of the Full Bucket Line (v4) with TSRE v8.005, again there is no terrain. If I load it with v8.004, the TSRE program hangs.

Can anyone please explain this and how to correct it (for v8.005)?

So far these are the only two routes I have noticed this occur with.
