First let me say that this is a great version, and has only made the best train simulator on the planet even better imho. Great features like AI dispatching, creating spawn points, all give much finer control to run the world in which you are capable of running. It all comes down to manpower. Small servers and single players will find this very beneficial.
But I wanted to start a wish list. Not that this needs any of them, as is I'll be happy for years. So here goes nothing, feel free to add your ideas.

CHAT BEEP - Not sure why it was removed for V3 but I miss this especially when on other screens. Perhaps an option if this was
removed due to complaints of too much noise.
MO BETTA AI SPAWNS - This was something that was mentioned back when V2 came out, but it never came to be. Probability of trains and the potential for repeat trains based on randomization is not good for those wishing to simulate realistic conditions. A TD3 like interface that allows random lateness based on the train or type combined with a call time schedule could bring familiarity, scheduling, and better optimization. Probability of trains is a simplified version that could use a much needed refining.
LOCOMOTIVE PROBABILITY - I like some of the fallen flags and I would love to even purchase the herritage pack. The issue here is the way it works in an AI train is based on random numbers and no probability. This is where probability (similar to what is in the train spawning system would best be used).

That's about all I can think of at the moment. I haven't run across any bugs that haven't been dealt with either with updates or help from the Run8 team. If I think of anything else I'll add it later.
