I know the US stuff isn't your fancy, which is a shame, since it's such a well written piece of software.
I own most of what is available in R8, Jack thanks. I was questioning what i perceived as a change in direction. From the sections of route which merge and the shorter stand alone routes, like Pittsburgh Sub East, only 60 miles.

Nothing against North American stuff buddy. I bought shed loads of it for MSTS\OR and TSC. I admit to a total appathy towards NA steam, ugly looking things compared to our UK steam loco's.

    Cheers,
    Mike.

Well to be fair, nothing in the world can beat the RH&DR!

I think the Pittsburg route was a bit of an anomaly.

I agree 60 miles is less than we've come to expect but the route does tease several expansions with "To be continued" markers, so I expect eventually we'll see that region expand to a few hundred miles of end to end running.

Also the a-line / Southwest CSX routes have been knocking it out of the park lately - The Fitgerald extension is awesome, and then there was a completely unexpected and brand new industrial park added to the original a-line route, at no cost, and then the baldwin yard expansion for $20.

Hahahahahaha, no interest in narrow gauge or tourist railways Jack, sorry. Yeah i have all the parts of the SE route into Florida including Fitzgerald thanks buddy.
The only routes i do not collect in R8 are the ones up in the NE, sorry cannot remember the names. They are seperate to the other SE routes, further south.

Excellent model, I saw the video created by Schnauzahpowahz but I saw something that is not seen in those locomotives and it is the front window where the driver looks. The windows are very far apart and those locomotives don't have those windows that far apart I don't live in the United States but I know that locomotive from watching videos.
