BIG PC Problems

Hello All. My pc shuts down soon as ORTS ,TS2012 or Netflix starts up. I'm running a EVGA GTX570 Superclocked at default settings. It shuts down soon as I tried running the EVGA OC Scanner X stress test. Could this be GPU or PSU related ?

Any blue screen on shutdown?
Anything in the event log?

At first it only happened on the upgraded LS&I then on Pocahantas then on any route. Then it happened on TS2012 then on Netflix ??? Need I go on ? Did a stress test on the hardware and traced it down to a bad PSU.
