    Elvas Tower Crashed.

If anyone from ET sees this the site just went down (0715 EST) with an error message:

An error occured with the SQL server:

This is not a problem with IP.Board but rather with your SQL server. Please contact your host and copy the message shown above.

Thanks for calling this out -- didn't see any mention of it in the Elvas discussion but it's been brought to their attention.

I got internal server errors on both trainsim.com and Elvas Tower yesterday morning that persisted until afternoon.

I had it for here too, yesterday. All other wed sites worked fine.

Same thing is happening this morning on this site. Got the error and had to reload the page 4 times before it came up. Do the two sites share the same server by chance? Possible the server has been hacked?

Probably the route your local servers took to reach ET. It is reachable now, although slightly slower than TS. ET's forum software is older, subject to some problems that newer software may not be.

Elvas and Trainsim share only humans at this point, and it will continue to be that way for the foreseeable future.

We did have an outage yesterday apparently. The hosting company told me it was something at their end. I've not seen any other instability since 1015 Sunday morning.

Hopefully both TS and ET are both fine... I've struck with the issue on the former on my end, I had some hiccups on the way while trying to download some assets from the file library.
