Yeah, the turbocharger sounds like a gas turbine to an extent. But not really lol.
The turbines where so much louder when they roamed the rails.

Yikes, I wouldn't want to be that crew. If I'm correct, that has got to be in Vernon, where the UP and LAJ run. That area is pretty gritty, and there's some tracks that are littered in spots, but yeesh, not that bad.

I was thinking the opposite. UP shouldn't have to be on the hook to clean up trash dumped illegally on their property.... but that's what California has become.
I'd think a plow equipped unit or a ballast cleaner would clear a path rather easily, unless it's construction debris.
